day satisfaction guarantee beginning from the day product
is shipped from our warehouse, unless otherwise noted.
You can shop with confidence as every product we ship
is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise

Hardware
Return Policy :
1.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained
from our customer support
group and is required for ALL returns.
2. The hardware must be returned within 15 days of the
issuance of the Return Authorization #. The Return Authorization
# expires after that time.
3. Return Authorization #'s are non-renewable.
4. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility
of the customer. A standard 25% restocking fee is applied
for all returned hardware.
5. We reserve the right to return any merchandise without
a valid RA# to the customer.
6. All returned merchandise must be in the original
packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and all components,
manuals and registration card(s) included.
7. Product that is returned incomplete, or damaged will
require a deduction, decided by the customer support
group. This deduction is final.
8. 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to special
order.
9. Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same
item only.
10. If you have merchandise that is malfunctioning or
seems to be defective, we will do our best to help you
obtain technical support from the manufacturer or make
arrangements to repair the product. In many cases, the
manufacturer can diagnose and resolve concerns over
the phone. For more information, please contact

11. Physical damage to motherboards or remote control
aircraft being returned voids any return / exchange
privileges.
12. Refunds are handled via PayPal®.
13. Service, delivery, and installation charges are
non-refundable once performed.

Return Procedure:
To
return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.
1.
Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30
days of the original ship date. Contact the customer
support team.
2.
Please provide the following information when requesting
a Return Authorization #: Original transaction number,
name of product being returned, reason for return, your
name, daytime telephone number and e-mail address.
3. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging
with the UPC or bar code intact, and that all components,
manuals, cables, and accessories are included.
4. For your protection, use a "traceable"
ground shipping method.
5. Please send the package to our address printed on
the original shipping box.
6. Return the merchandise within 15 days of issuance
of the RA#. Print the Return Authorization # clearly
on the outside of the package. Packages without a Return
Authorization # will be returned to the sender at the
sender's expense.
7. Credit will be issued after we receive the package
and inspect it for damage or missing parts. Then we
will process the return and inform you via email.
